Payments
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer (through PayPal).
Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button and you will be guided through the rest of the process.

Shipping
We ship directly from our US warehouse. Handling time is 1-2 days while the shipping time is 5-8 business days.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
Sometimes shipping companies take longer to update the tracking information in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
